The rate of change is increasing in all aspects of life and knowledge and skills are becoming increasingly specialised. We need to constantly keep up. Research has always been inherent in architectural practice but now there is need for architects to a research beyond the needs of individual project into wider issues that affect society and the build environment. We are actively developing a research strands to our work. The research project so far are varied and subjects include inner city rim, market towns, climate change adaptation, democracy and voting
