Marshall’s Mill Reception forms part of a 70,000 sqft Grade 2* listed mill built in 1815 and set within 2.1 hectares of land. It was acquired by Igloo Regeneration in 2003 for redevelopment into mixed-use that would positively contribute to Holbeck Urban Village. Bauman Lyons were approached to improve the functionality and character of the existing ground floor reception area. The refurbishment aims to provide a bench mark for future development.
